Hallmark Software, based in Muenster, Germany, was set up by David B Smith after he left Ultrasoft.

Amongst the titles released by Hallmark Software, were:

• A CP/M Emulator (name unknown)
• Graphic Construction Kit written by Axel and Anke Pabich
• Full House written by Jochen Merz
• JAM (Job Application Manager)
• Mandelbrot Magic written by Christian Caan von Seelen
• QWriter written by Jochen Merz
• Return to Eden

They also sold the hardware products designed by Ulrich Rosowski, namely:

• U5 - Buffered expansion backplane
• UltraCard (also known as QCard) - Connect up to 6 EPROMs to the QL
• UltraKey (also known as QKey) - Keyboard conversion
